"Mamma Lydia" will pamper you with traditional dishes. She cooks following old traditional recipes of her grandmother from Tuscany, but will also serve you typical South Tyrolean dishes. Enjoy homemade pasta, dumplings, roast mutton, cakes and desserts, such as tiramisu or the typical “Schnalser Snow-milk". Upon request, we also serve vegetarian and gluten-free menus.
